Dr. Morganstein has expertise in individual and group therapy, debrief/process groups, workshop and program development and implementation. Her expertise extends to program consultant and working in partnership with institutions acting as a liaison with program administrators in hospitals, schools K-12, University settings and businesses.
Dr. Morganstein currently provides a variety of mental health services to the trainee population at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC) including Doctoral and Postdoctoral students, and medical residents and fellows. Additionally, Dr. Morganstein develops and implements mental health workshops on a variety of subjects and serves as a liaison with MSKCC program administrators. She consults with Sotheby’s Institute of Art Master’s Programs for staff, faculty and students on health and well-being.
Dr. Morganstein earned her PsyD from Pace University, a master’s in education from Hunter College and was a Fellow at the Institute for Educational Leadership at New York University.

Dr. Penni Morganstein is an experienced licensed clinical psychologist who provides an integrative therapeutic approach that combines psychodynamic, insight-oriented, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral theories designed to suit each patient’s diagnosis and individual needs. She strives to empower clients to achieve their personal and professional goals, enhance their resilience and improve their quality of life.
Dr. Morganstein maintains a warm, nurturing, open minded, and culturally sensitive environment for adults, couples, and adolescents of diverse backgrounds and attracts people who hail from all over the United States and the world.
